So, with a right angle grinder and a cutting disc, I chopped about 2 inches of rear wheel well on the 240... awesomely fun.

Anyway, I found more rust through the inner wheel well... so I get to try and cut that out too. Cheesy

So there are a couple o questions I have.

Where can I find and buy sheet metal that would effectively replace this rusted crap I took out?
Do you know of any place that sells fender flares?... everything is for jeeps and trucks... blech.
And... if you know of anyone selling an affordable welders mask... lemme know...

don't worry, I'll be researching in the mean time. Tongue

Ok so I found a place to get a mask for like... 50 bucks... auto darkening is the new stuff I guess...

OOOOhhh and metal sheers for like 70 bucks... nifty.

From what I can tell sofar... you don't really need to pick out a 34978394 dollar welding mask unless you know something that I don't.

blah...
